International Cooperation
Breast cancer is a problem that goes far beyond national borders. That is why we work directly with international aid movements to raise awareness of breast cancer there too.
Integration instead of exclusion
Breast cancer support is not an abstract concept, but rather a matter of direct communication and support. That is why our volunteers make a special effort to establish and maintain social contact with their patients.

Janna Schläger
CEO
Janna Schläger founded the Breast Cancer Awareness Association in 2003 when her own sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and there were hardly any places the family could turn to. To date, the association has helped hundreds of women worldwide and carried out public relations work locally and internationally.
Hans Gulbert

Hans Gulbert was involved in various non-profit organizations before joining the Awareness for Breast Cancer Association in 2013. He is responsible for the association's public relations work and ensures that the issue of breast cancer continues to be taken seriously in society.
Tanja Schuster
Telephone service
Tanja Schuster is a trained assistant and office worker. She has been working for the Breast Cancer Awareness Association since 2014. She has an open ear for everyone and is on hand whenever problems or questions arise.
A strong network
With over 800 active members, our association forms a safe and reliable community. This allows us to become strong in the community and work directly with those affected.
Early awareness
Unfortunately, breast cancer is still a taboo subject in our society. Our association is trying to raise public awareness of the issue through extensive campaigns.

In order to address women at risk of breast cancer as early as possible and to provide them with targeted help, we seek close contact with clinics and gynecologists.
